Working with Dr Caroline Pellet-Many this two days. Very much enjoyed the time spend in her lab, it has been such a productive time, she is brilliant in explaining everything to me from scratch and with great patience – to my sometimes silly questions…

Hindlimb ischemia (after femoral artery tied off) – brown colour staining inside vessels and muscles fibres in neuropilin 1. Immunohistochemistry whereby antibody recognises the protein in sample and stains it. (magnification x 100)
